MARITIME TRANSPORT ACT 1994 - SECT 280

280 Penalties for bodies corporate

Every body corporate that commits an offence against section 277 or section 278 is liable on conviction —

a) to a fine not exceeding $100,000; and

b) to an additional penalty under section 409 .
