Termination of marine oil spill response
304 Termination of marine oil spill response
1 The National On-Scene
Commander may, with the consent of the Director, terminate any marine oil
spill response by the Authority.
2 A regional on-scene commander may
terminate any marine oil spill response by the regional council by whom he or
she has been appointed.
