MARITIME TRANSPORT ACT 1994 - SECT 317
Penalties
317 Penalties
Every person who commits an offence against section 314 or
section 315 or section 316 is liable on conviction,— a) in the case of an
individual, to a fine not exceeding $10,000:
b) in any other case, to a fine
not exceeding $100,000.
