1 Every person who commits an offence against section 400 is liable on conviction,—a) in the case of an individual, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to a fine not exceeding $10,000:b) in the case of a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding $100,000:c) in any case, to an additional penalty under section 409 .
2 Every person who commits an offence against section 401 is liable on conviction,—a) in the case of an individual, to a fine not exceeding $5,000:b) in the case of a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding $30,000.
