40AC Appeal against decision on exemption under section 40AA(1)(a)
A
person in respect of whom any decision is taken to grant (or not to grant), to
amend, or to revoke an exemption under section 40AA(1)(a) may appeal
against that decision to the District Court under section 424 .
History:
Section 40AC: inserted, on 1 April 2021, by section 33 of the Regulatory
Systems (Transport) Amendment Act 2021 (2021 No 9).
