MARITIME TRANSPORT ACT 1994 - SECT 452C
Procedures relating to transport instruments
1 The specified person
must not make, amend, or revoke a transport instrument unless satisfied that
all persons and organisations that the specified person thinks appropriate
have been consulted, having regard to the subject matter of the proposed
instrument, amendment, or revocation.
2 The specified person may approve an
amendment to a transport instrument without complying with subsection (1) if
satisfied that the amendment is to correct an error, for example, a
grammatical or spelling error, or an error in numbering or cross-referencing.
