466 Other enactments not affected
Subject to section 467 , and except where
this Act or any other enactment otherwise provides, the provisions of Parts 19
to 28 are in addition to and not in substitution for the provisions of any
other enactment, and, except as expressly provided by this Act, nothing in
this Act shall derogate from the provisions of any other enactment.
