MARITIME TRANSPORT ACT 1994 - SECT 471
No liability for continuing offences after repeal
471 No liability for continuing offences after repeal
1 No person shall be
held liable for any continuing offence under the Shipping and Seamen Act 1952
in respect of any period after the repeal of the provision creating that
continuing offence.
2 No person shall be held liable for any continuing
offence under the Marine Pollution Act 1974 in respect of any period after the
repeal of the provision creating that continuing offence.
