PAE ORA (HEALTHY FUTURES) ACT 2022 - SECT 58
Report on charter
1 Health New Zealand must, at least once every 5
years,— a) prepare a report on how the New Zealand Health Charter has been
given effect throughout the health sector; and
b) include in the report any
recommendations for changes to the charter.
2 The report must, as soon as
practicable after it is made,— a) be presented to the House of
Representatives; and
b) be made publicly available.
