URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACT 2020 - SECT 279
Meaning of authorised person
In this subpart,
"authorised person" — a) means a person appointed under section 284 ; and
b) to avoid doubt, does not include an authorised person who is acting in
another capacity (for example, as an enforcement officer appointed under
section 109(3) ).
