Certain delegations subject to relevant territorial authority approval
297 Certain delegations subject to relevant territorial authority approval

This section applies if, in relation to a specified development project, the
board of Kāinga Ora delegates any of its functions and powers to— a) a
local authority; or
b) in Auckland, Auckland Transport.
2 In addition to the
approval required under section 73(1)(d) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 ,
the delegate must first be approved by the relevant territorial authority.
