URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACT 2020 - SECT 82

82 Matters Minister must consider

In making a decision under section 81 , the responsible Minister must—

a) have regard to the relevant matters in the instruments listed in section 58 and the considerations referred to in section 68(3) ; and

b) give reasons in writing for the decision.
