WHAKATŌHEA CLAIMS SETTLEMENT ACT 2024 - SECT 133

133 Acceptance of offer

1 The trustees may, by notice to the RFR landowner who made an offer, accept the offer if—

a) it has not been withdrawn; and

b) its expiry date has not passed.

2 The trustees must accept all the RFR land offered, unless the offer permits them to accept less.
