The purpose, functions, and powers of the Whakatōhea Kaitiaki Forum— a)
apply in respect of the area shown on the plan in part 8 of the attachments
(the
"forum area" ); and
b) are to be pursued, carried out, or exercised with a
focus on the rivers and catchments in that area.
