AUDITOR-GENERAL ACT 1996 - SECT 7A

Reports for Annual Reports (Government Agencies) Act 2004

If the auditor-general considers that compliance with the Annual Reports (Government Agencies) Act 2004

would prejudice the auditor-general's independence, the auditor-general is not required to comply with that Act to that extent.
