Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) A regulation may declare decisions to be decisions that are not subject to judicial review by the Supreme Court under this Act.
(2) If a regulation is so made in relation to a decision—
(a) section 5 does not apply in relation to that decision; and
(b) section 6 does not apply in relation to conduct that has been, is being, or is proposed to be, engaged in for the purpose of making that decision; and
(c) section 7 does not apply in relation to a failure to make that decision.
(3) A regulation made for subsection (1) applies only in relation to decisions made after the regulation take effect.
