DOMESTIC ANIMALS ACT 2000 - SECT 131

An authorised person who enters premises under section 128 may do any of the following on the premises or in relation to the premises:

        (a)     inspect or examine;

        (b)     take measurements;

        (c)     take photographs, films, or audio, video or other recordings;

        (d)     seize an animal or thing.
