Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current ActsIf the registrar tells a person in writing that a cheque given, or a credit transaction made, by the person in purported payment of a fee was dishonoured, the person must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to surrender to the registrar, any certificate or licence issued to the person because of the purported payment, within 7 days beginning on the day after receiving the notice.
