NATURE CONSERVATION ACT 2014 - SECT 17

In this Act:

"ecological community" means the extent in nature in the ACT of an assemblage of native species that—

        (a)     inhabits a particular area in nature; and

        (b)     satisfies the criteria prescribed by regulation (if any).
