PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS ACT 2023 - SECT 12

    (1)     The registrar may appoint a public servant as a deputy registrar.

    (2)     A person must be appointed for a term not longer than 5 years.

    (3)     An appointment is a notifiable instrument.
