PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS ACT 2023 - SECT 60

 U Failure to comply with condition of registration [See Endnotes]

    (1)     A professional engineer commits an offence if—

        (a)     the engineer's registration is subject to a condition; and

        (b)     the engineer fails to comply with the condition.

Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
