PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS ACT 2023 - SECT 68

As soon as practicable after accepting a complaint for consideration, the registrar must give the respondent written notice that—

        (a)     states that a complaint has been made about the respondent; and

        (b)     includes details about the complaint.
