PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS ACT 2023 - SECT 71

The registrar must not take further action on a complaint if the registrar is satisfied that the complaint—

        (a)     lacks substance or credibility; or

        (b)     is frivolous, vexatious, or was made other than in good faith; or

        (c)     has been adequately dealt with.
