UTILITIES ACT 2000 - SECT 144

A claim for compensation must—

        (a)     be in writing; and

        (b)     set out particulars of the claimant's loss, the amount of compensation claimed and the grounds for the claim of that amount; and

        (c)     be lodged with the director-general.
