UTILITIES (TECHNICAL REGULATION) ACT 2014 - SECT 19

Offence—fail to comply with technical regulator's direction

A regulated utility commits an offence if the regulated utility—

        (a)     is given a technical regulator's direction; and

        (b)     intentionally fails to take reasonable steps to comply with the direction.

Maximum penalty: 2 000 penalty units.
