GAMING MACHINE REGULATION 2004 - REG 28

    (1)     A licensee commits an offence if—

        (a)     the licensee operates a cashless gaming system on the licensee's authorised premises; and

        (b)     the cashless gaming system is not approved by the commission under the

, section 69 (Approval of gaming machines and peripheral equipment).

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
