(1) The chief executive may issue a replacement licence to a licensee if satisfied that the licence has been lost, stolen or destroyed.
(2) Before acting under subsection (1), the chief executive may require the licensee to give the chief executive a statement, verified by a statutory declaration signed by the licensee, that the licence has been lost, stolen or destroyed.
