"goods" includes intellectual property.

"goods or services" includes goods or services related to construction work.

Note     A regulation may provide that prescribed things are, or are not, goods or services for this Act (see s 45 (2) (b)).

"government procurement rules"—see section 42 (1).

"government procurement practices"—see section 43 (1).
