1. This Act may be cited as the Inquiries Act 1991.

13. Except as otherwise provided by this Act, an inquiry shall be conducted in such manner as the Board determines.

PART IV--OFFENCES FAILURE OF WITNESSES TO ATTEND OR PRODUCE
27. (1) A person served with a summons to appear as a witness at a hearing before a Board shall not, without reasonable excuse—
28. Refusal to be sworn or give evidence
29. False evidence
30. Improper dealings with documents
31. Intimidation or dismissal of witnesses
32. Preventing witnesses from attending
33. Bribery of witnesses
34. Fraud on witnesses
35. Contempt of Boards
36. Dealing with certain offences summarily
PART V--MISCELLANEOUS DELEGATION OF POWERS
37. A Board may, with the written consent of the Chief Minister, by instrument delegate any of its powers under this Act.
