INFANTS' CUSTODY AND SETTLEMENTS (REPEAL) (NO. 4 OF 1995) - SECT 2

Commencement

2. This Act commences on the day on which it is notified in the Gazette.

3 . The Infants' Custody and Settlements Act 1956 is repealed.
