Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) A licensed provider shall give a copy of the report on an audit conducted under this Division to the Commissioner within 3 months after the end of the financial year to which the audit relates.
(2) A licensed provider shall not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with subsection (1).
Penalty: 100 penalty units.
