INTERACTIVE GAMBLING ACT 1998 (NO. 24 OF 1998) - SECT 132

Impersonating certain persons

    A person shall not pretend to be a licensed provider, an agent or a key person licensee.

Penalty: 200 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years.
