Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) An application for a key person licence may be made to the Commissioner in the approved form.
(2) An application shall be accompanied by—
(a) a written police report about the applicant's character and criminal history;
(b) the imprints of the fingers and palms of both hands of the applicant;
(c) a recent photograph of the face of the applicant;
(d) any other document that is prescribed; and
(e) the determined fee.
