Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The registrar-general may give a signed certificate stating that on a stated date or during a stated period a named person was or was not registered as a registered celebrant.
(2) A certificate under this section is evidence of the matters stated in it.
(3) Unless the contrary is proved, a document that purports to be a certificate under this section is taken to be a certificate.
