PUBLIC ADVOCATE ACT 2005 (NO. 47 OF 2005 ) - SECT 22

In section 16 (1):

"person to whom this section applies" includes—

        (a)     a person who was the community advocate; and

        (b)     a person who was a member of the staff of the community advocate; and

        (c)     a person who exercised a function under the Community Advocate Act 1991 .
