Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) At the request of a certified diesel user the Commissioner shall issue to the user an official copy of the certificate endorsed as such by the Commissioner.
(2) An official copy of a certificate issued under subsection (1) has, for the purposes of this Act, the same force and effect as the original certificate.
