Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered ActsIf, as a result of a decision on an objection, review or appeal for the purposes of this Part, an amount previously required to be paid to the Commissioner is reduced, or is not required to be paid, the amount by which it is reduced or the whole amount (as the case may be) shall be taken, for the purposes of this Act, never to have been payable.
