Each of the following (a trader category ) is a trader :

        (a)     car market operator;

        (b)     motor vehicle dealer;

        (c)     motor vehicle repairer;

        (d)     motor vehicle wholesaler;

        (e)     pawnbroker;

        (f)     second-hand dealer.
