TERRITORY OWNED CORPORATIONS ACT 1990 (NO. 53 OF 1990) - SECT 27

27. (1) A Territory owned corporation or subsidiary shall not borrow, or raise money otherwise than by borrowing, except in accordance with this Part.

(2) A contract is not illegal, void or unenforceable by reason only that this Part has not been complied with.
