WORKPLACE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2024 (NO. 15 OF 2024) - SECT 9

Section 31 (1), penalty, except note

substitute

Maximum penalty:

        (a)     for an individual—category 1 monetary penalty or imprisonment for 10 years or both; or

        (b)     for a body corporate—category 1 monetary penalty.
