WASTE MINIMISATION ACT 2001 (NO. 31 OF 2001) - SECT 45

    (1)     The Minister may, in writing, determine fees for this Act.

Note     The Legislation Act 2001 , ss 56 and 57 deal with fees.

    (2)     A determination under subsection (1) is a disallowable instrument.

Note     A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act 2001 .

    (3)     In this section:

"fee" includes—

        (a)     a fee that is a tax; and

        (b)     a charge or other amount (whether or not it is a tax).
