WASTE MINIMISATION ACT 2001 (NO. 31 OF 2001) - SECT 49

In response to a requirement under this Act, a person does not have to—

        (a)     make available information or a document; or

        (b)     answer a question;

if the person is entitled to claim, and does claim, legal professional privilege in relation to the requirement.
