Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) Section 21 does not apply in relation to a variation of a management plan that is for the sole purpose of making changes of a formal nature.
(2) Where the Authority makes a change of a formal nature to a management plan, the Authority shall notify the making of the change in the Gazette and in a newspaper.
