Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The Authority may, by notice in writing, require the holder of a driller's licence to give to the Authority, within such period as is specified in the notice, such information and samples relating to action taken under the licence as are specified in the notice.
(2) The holder of a driller's licence shall not, without reasonable excuse, contravene a requirement made under subsection (1).
Penalty:
(a) if the offender is a natural person—5 penalty units;
(b) if the offender is a body corporate—25 penalty units.
