Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) Where an authorised officer has reasonable grounds for suspecting that there may be on any premises a thing of a particular kind connected with a particular offence against this Act, the authorised officer may enter premises pursuant to a search warrant under section 60.
(2) An authorised officer may enter premises under subsection (1) with such assistance and by such force as is necessary and reasonable.
(3) A police officer may, if called on by an authorised officer to do so, assist the authorised officer in the execution of a search warrant.
