An Ordinance to amend the Gaming Machine Ordinance 1987

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Gaming Machine (Amendment) Ordinance (No. 2) 1988.¹

Commencement

2. This Ordinance shall come into operation on 1 July 1988.

Interpretation

3. Section 4 of the Gaming Machine Ordinance 1987² is amended by omitting “10 cents” from paragraph (c) of the definition of “multi-coin machine” and substituting “20 cents”.
