An Ordinance to amend the Mental Health Ordinance 1983

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Mental Health (Amendment) Ordinance 1985.¹

Period of effect of treatment order

2. Section 36 of the Mental Health Ordinance 1983² is amended by omitting “on an application made” (wherever occurring).
