An Ordinance to amend the National Land Ordinance 1989

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the National Land (Amendment) Ordinance 1993.¹

Commencement

2. This Ordinance commences on the day on which it is notified in the Gazette.

Principal Ordinance

3. In this Ordinance, “Principal Ordinance” means the National Land Ordinance 1989.²

Management of National Land

4. Section 4 of the Principal Ordinance is amended—

(a) by omitting from subsection (1) “for the Arts, Sport, the Environment and Territories”; and

(b) by inserting in subsection (2) “the Arts and” after “for”.
