An Ordinance to amend the Trustee Companies Ordinance 1947

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Trustee Companies (Amendment) Ordinance 1984.¹

First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Trustee Companies Ordinance 1947² is amended by omitting—

“Trustees Executors and Agency Company (Canberra) Limited”

and substituting—

“ANZ Executors and Trustee Company (Canberra) Limited”.
