ANIMAL DISEASES REGULATION 2006 (NO 39 OF 2006) - REG 32

    (1)     A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person uses an approved tag to tag stock; and

        (b)     the stock is not the stock for which the tag was approved.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
